Weston Woods Studios and Scholastic Audio is currently looking for a Content Management and Customer Service Associate. 

A successful candidate is someone who thrives in a small, cross-functional and colloborative environment, is attentive to details, highly proficient in Excel, and customer service-oriented.



  • Independently manage databases for two business lines - supporting 10,000+ products
  • Manage content delivery to digital partners
  • Manage customer onboarding and  content delivery for in-house streaming platform


  • Oversee product set-up process and maintenance  for new titles and coordinate with production to set up pre-publication costs
  • Oversee flow of metadata and co-ordinate asset delivery new and existing accounts.
  • Co-ordinate submission of content & materials to Reviewers, Awards Committees and Festivals
  • Submit products for curriculum correlation and MARC records (library cataloguing); co-ordinate drop ship of products; create and maintain price lists as needed;
  • Submit and maintain Bids & Quotes for Weston Woods sales to schools and school districts
  • Monitor account reporting portals and provide statements to Finance group for sales and royalty reporting
  • A/P upload and code invoices; vendor set up and follow up
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and analysis


  • Answer incoming calls and monitor general mailboxes
  • Field incoming requests, priotize and direct as necessary. 
  • lnitiate adjustments with warehouse for fulfillment issues, including shipping errors and/or damaged products
  • Provide support for Sales teams: co-ordinate distribution of sell sheets, order forms, answer product questions, assist in placing orders and customer follow up
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and analysis

HOW YOU CAN FIT    (Qualifications)

  •  Entry level position
  • Candidate must have a H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in excel
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, detail oriented and have the ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail.  Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective interdepartmental communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment independently as well as a team.  Needs to take initiative and be proactive.  
  • Must be able to provide a high level of support.
