  • College Degree in CIS, MIS or related field is preferred.
  • Five to eight years of business analysis experience in distribution preferred.
  • Five to eight years of experience leading teams in a technology based organization preferred.
  • Team management and project management experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle required. 
  • Development / Data analysis experience on the iSeries platform a plus.
  • Strong application expert with ability to understand complex configurations.
  • Desire and ability to learn and apply new concepts and techniques.
  • Able to lead employees and translate the vision of the company into actionable plans.
  • Knowledge of relational data modeling preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in lean principles preferred. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet established deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects and manage relationships.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
