QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED

§  Ability to work with all departments and levels of management; excellent communication skills both oral and written.

§  Ability to handle multiple high-level priorities.

§  Proven ability to complete time sensitive projects, handle an extremely busy calendar, and have a high standard of delivering result.

§  Ability to maintain a professional work and team work environment with unquestionable confidentiality and professionalism.

§  Advanced skills and experience with creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets in multiple software programs.

§  Advanced PowerPoint presentation knowledge and skill; also proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications: Word, Publisher, Excel, Visio, and Access.

§  Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Senior Level Legal Secretary position preferred.

§  Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.

§  High level of accuracy in all work.

§  Currently a notary or ability to earn notary license.

§  Excellent attendance record.

§  Must be able to travel as needed, including running company errands for departmental needs.

PREFERRED

§  2-year Associates or 4-year Business degree 

§  CAP - Certified Administrative Professional Certification
