• Ability to prioritize workflow, coordinate all deadlines for editorial, art, in-house digital imagers, manufacturing, and out-of-house vendors is necessary; as is working with very diverse work styles a must

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position at a magazine or other publishing environment
• Adobe CC 2019 (expert in InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HTML, XML, and using a CMS for web publishing
• Attention to detail and flexibility is a necessity
• Must have excellent communications skills
