  • Bachelor degree in quantitative field or related subject; MBA desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analytics or related field
  • Experience performing analytics for a consulting firm is a plus
  • Previous background in retail business or high level Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) environment desired
  • Experience in usage of statistical analysis and data mining techniques and technology
  • Excellent technical knowledge in MS Office Suite (e.g. Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Tableau
  • Previous usage of mapping software a plus
  • Experience building analytical dashboards for usage by senior management is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
  • Knowledge and usage of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Report Manager is a strong plus
  • Experience with SAS is helpful
  • Experience with Oracle Database structures is helpful
  • Previous experience with is a plus (as this will be a source of data in the future)
  • Previous utilization of enterprise-wide Business Intelligence software is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Proven record of establishing policies, process and procedures
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strategic thinker mindset is a plus
  • Customer Service focused
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Hands-on with the data, enjoys doing actual analysis
  • Exceptional at relationship building
  • Proven vendor relationship management skills
  • Must have clear communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical ability and team player mentality
  • Attention to detail and implementer of best practices is essential
  • Loves data and working to find answers to complicated questions
  • Willingness to “Roll-up Sleeves and Get Involved in the Weeds”
  • Comfortable with performing analytics on own as needed
  • Multi-task orientated, efficient and accurate under pressure
  • Ability to regularly interface with middle and upper management
  • Up to 20% travel required
